1. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund is eligible when:
- The item is returned within 7 days of purchase.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original condition, including packaging and all accessories.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable to:
- Opened or activated mobile phones.
- Devices that have been registered or linked to an account (Apple ID / Samsung / etc.).
- Products with missing accessories or damaged packaging.
- Physical damage caused by misuse, drops, or unauthorized repairs.
- Opened accessories such as screen protectors, cables, earphones, or cases (unless defective).
3. Refunds for Defective Products
If a product has a manufacturing defect, you must report it within:
- 24 hours for physical damage on arrival, with photos or video.
- 7 days for functional defects.
Actions will be taken as follows:
- The product will be inspected.
- If the defect is confirmed, you may receive:
- A replacement,
- Repair under warranty, or
- A refund, depending on the product and condition.
Note: Warranty decisions may require evaluation by the authorized service center.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, such as:
- Bank transfer
- Credit/debit card reversal
- Wallet payment
Processing time may take 5–14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
5. Delivery & Shipping Fees
- Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item / defective on arrival), we will cover return shipping.
6. Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 7 days, provided the item meets the return conditions.
Price differences (if any) must be settled at the time of exchange.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before shipping with a full refund.
- Once shipped, the customer must follow the return policy.
